Hytrans – CFO (Jan 2024 – Oct 2025)
Responsible for restructuring the finance function following acquisition by a private-equity firm. I fully rebuilt the statutory accounts, reorganised the finance department and strengthened relationships with shareholders and financiers.

HES Hartel – Finance Director (May 2022 – Nov 2023)
Assignment focused on achieving financial control over the construction of a tank terminal. Together with a team of business controllers, I provided transparency on costs and total investment and developed a cash-flow forecast.

Fokker Technologies – Finance Director Operations (May 2021 – May 2022)
As Director of Operations, I successfully implemented a new organisational structure for more than 50 FTE across four locations in the Netherlands.
